Hybrid therapeutic services, combining in-person and telehealth options, are offered seven days a week. We support individuals in transforming negative self-perceptions. Our approach helps clients establish goals, reframe their thinking, and transition from discussing problems to focusing on solutions We identify and teach emotional regulation techniques while addressing irrational and dysfunctional thoughts, assess negative interaction patterns, and empower couples with problem-solving skills to foster shared meaning and strengthen their friendships.
